Proportional Solenoid valve 2/2 way Type 2871

2/2 way direct acting solenoid valve type 2871 used as regulating unit in control circuits. Thanks to the elastomer seat seal, the valve closes hermetically (integrated shut-off function), up to the specified nominal pressure DN. The valve plunger is assembled without friction, which leads to an extraordinary adjustment characteristic. This valve is particularly suitable for demanding control tasks (high control range, neutral, dry gases, etc.).
PWM control electronics type 8605 is used to control proportional solenoid valves in the power range 40-2000 mA. The electronics convert an external standard signal into a pulse width modulated (PWM) signal, with which the opening of the proportional valve and thus a fluidic output variable can be continuously adjusted. Universal Controller Type 8611 is ideal for creating compact control systems. It is compatible and tested with all proportional valves and sensors from Bürkert and can be combined with any control valve from other manufacturers with standard signal (4-20 mA, 0-10 V or PWM output). The process controller with PI behavior is equipped with numerous additional functions. Via 3 analog inputs, the real process value can be read as a standard (4-20mA / 0-10V), resistance (PT100) or frequency signal.
