Flowmeter for continuous flow measurement Type 8030

The paddle wheel flowmeter for continuous flow measurement is especially designed for use with neutral, slightly aggressive, solid free liquids. The flowmeter is made up of a compact sensor-fitting (S030) and a transmitter (SE30) quickly and easily connected together by a quarter-turn. The Bürkert designed sensorfitting system ensures simple installation of the devices into all pipes from DN06… DN65. The flowmeter produces a frequency
signal, proportional to the flow rate, which can easily be transmitted and processed by a Bürkert transmitter/controller.

Flow transmitter with display Type 8032

This flowmeter/threshold detector with display is designed for use in clear, neutral or aggressive liquids. The switching outputs enable the direct switching of valves and the establishment of a simple On/Off control circuit within a monitoring system. The switching points can be configured with the 3 keys directly at the display. The 8032 measuring device (SE32 transmitter + S030 Inline sensor-fitting) is available with freely configurable switching outputs (transistor or relay) or with 4…20 mA process value output. The transmitter can be fitted to the Inline sensor fitting via a bayonet fitting without having to open the pipeline.

Flow transmitter Element design Type 8036

The type 8036 flow meter can be used for various applications (water, waste water monitoring, chemical processing ...). It is therefore particularly suitable for use with liquids free of solid substances. Available with 2, 3 or 4 configurable outputs. One or two Transistors (NPN / PNP), one or two current 4-20 mA (2 or 3 wires). The type 8036 device converts the measurement signal, displays the values ​​in various measurement units (with display / configuration module inserted) and calculates the output signals, which are transmitted via one or two M12 plug connections. Thanks to one or two transistor outputs the measuring instrument allows to switch a solenoid valve, to activate an alarm and to generate one or two regulation circuits through one or two current outputs. The 8036 meter has different options for fixing to pipes both as materials and dimensions. From DN06 to DN65. Removable configuration display / module with backlight for displaying the range and volume with two counters. Automatic calibration via Teach-In, control of all outputs without current flow.

Insertion magnetic inductive flowmeter Type 8041

The electromagnetic flowmeter 8041 is
made up of an electronic module and a
sensor consisting of PVDF or stainless steel
material. It has been designed to measure
a flow rate of neutral and slightly aggressive
fluids with a conductivity of more than 20
µS/cm in DN06…DN400 pipes.
It is fitted with a 4…20 mA output, a pulse
output and a relay output. The different
parameters can be set by means of 5 DIP
switches, a push-button and a 10- field LED
bargraph. It is available:
- with G 2" connection for the version with a
PVDF sensor
- with G 2" or clamp connection for the version with a stainless steel sensor.
The version with a stainless steel sensor can
be used in applications with higher pressures (PN16) and higher temperatures (150 °C)

Insertion magnetic inductive flowmeter Type 8045

The electromagnetic flowmeter 8045 is
made up of an electronic module including a
backlit display, operating keys and a sensor
consisting of PVDF or stainless steel material. It has been designed to measure a flow
rate of neutral and slightly aggressive fluids
with a conductivity of more than 20 µS/cm
in DN06…DN400 pipes. It is equipped with a 4…20 mA output, a
digital output (pulse output by default). Some
versions are equipped with two relay outputs and one digital input. Two independent
totalizers allow counting the flow rate.
The available process connections are:
- G 2" connection for the version with a
PVDF sensor
- G 2" or clamp connection for the version
with a stainless steel sensor.
The version with a stainless steel sensor can
be used in applications with higher pressures (PN16) and higher temperatures (110 °C).
The version with Alloy C22 electrodes has
been designed for applications with aggressive fluids (chemicals) and especially sea
water applications.

 Multi-channel and multifunction transmitter/controller type 8619

The universal
8611 controller is especially designed for compact control system applications.
It is compatible and tested with all Bürkert
proportional valves and sensors and can be
connected with every none-Bürkert Control
valve by standard signal (4…20 mA, 0…10 V or
PWM-output).
The proportional & Integral (PI) process
controller is equipped with many additional
functions. The process value feedback can be supplied as
one of three analog inputs; a standard signal
(4…20 mA/0…10 V), frequency or Pt100 signal;
directly to the universal controller.
The process switching points can be set via
a 4…20 mA or 0…10 V signal or with the
keypad.
For temperature specific control, it is possible
to set a cascade structure with both temperature and flow as inputs.
Thanks to the proportional control capabilities,
a wide range of control functions can be performed in a variety of liquids and gas medias.

Inline sensor fitting DN15...DN65 Type S030

The sensor-fitting Type S030 has a built-in paddle wheel to measure the flow
rate and is especially designed for use with neutral, slightly aggressive, solid
free liquids.
The compact sensor-fitting (S030) must be equipped with a Bürkert transmitter (SE30, SE30 Ex, SE32, SE35, SE36 or 8611) quickly and easily connected
together by a bayonet catch.
The Bürkert “Inline quarter-turn” technology is a construction ensuring a
leakage free operation.
The paddle wheel rotation (permanent magnets included in the wheels) is
detected contactless through the sensor-fitting wall. The transmitter can be
snapped-on or removed without opening the pipe or interrupting the process.

Inline sensor fitting DN06...DN400 Type S020

The fitting can be used to connect any Insertion device for a measurement in
the pipe. e. g. for flow, pH, oxidation reduction potential (ORP) and conductivity measurement.
The fitting is available for paddle wheel and electromagnetic flowmeters and
analytical measurement devices having a G 2" or a clamp connection.
