Short Story

 

COMER was born in 1985 and it is located in Via Rivani 33 (Bologna), with the mission to commercialize components for the mechanical industry and production plants on national and foreign markets.
From the beginning our goal has been to distinguish ourselves for quality and reliability of our products and services.
During these years COMER has built a NETWORK able to reach around 9000 clients, divided in manufacturing and commercial companies, directly or with local distributors, in order to be recognized as a leading companies able to respond to technical and commercial customers requirements. Below are the main brands with which we collaborate:

Quality policy

The Management has developed the Quality Policy taking into account the context in which the company operates and the expectations of the relevant stakeholders, and monitors any changes to identify the need for adjustment. The Guiding Principles and primary strategic objectives that the Management has identified for its Quality Management System and that it undertakes to ensure, by providing the necessary human, technical and financial resources are:

- Full customer satisfaction: guaranteeing the customer a quality, reliable, safe, timely and flexible service, and developing the ability to respond to the needs and
  expectations of customers, pursuing continuous improvement and monitoring their level of satisfaction.
- Involvement and valorization of human resources: communicating, disseminating, supporting, involving, providing adequate training, defining skills and responsibilities
  providing adequate authority to ensure that the employee, in relation to his or her role and competence, feels personally involved in the implementation of the
  Quality Management System.
- Search for continuous improvement: as a strategic solution for the full satisfaction of the customer and stakeholders.
- Financial stability: achieved through the increase in turnover and operating margin. in the planning of activities and investments, the financial aspect is also taken into
  consideration and the cost-benefit ratio is evaluated, thus ensuring the Company and the Customer financial solidity, continuity of supply and technological innovation.
- Supplier satisfaction: establish and maintain a good relationship with suppliers based on mutual trust, clarity and honesty in relationships and involve the supplier in
  the company processes related to the search for optimal and innovative solutions.
- Promotion of the culture of quality: develop an adequate corporate culture of quality to pursue the best performance results in the quality area.

In order to achieve the above objectives, COMER srl intends to work in compliance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard. For this purpose, the Management defines the specific objectives and evaluates their progress through the use of indicators. The entire company, at all levels, is committed to seeking continuous improvement of the services offered and in compliance with legal obligations. The aforementioned long-term strategic objectives are translated annually into short-term objectives, defined as projects within the quality system review report.
