Comer official distributor of Burkert products is able to supply directional valves for piloting pneumatic actuators with different available mountings (single threaded connections, sub-base, island and NAMUR mounting) with particular focus on process automation. The selection of products includes valve units suitable for classified areas (zone 1/21 and 2/22) complete with integrated remote I / O systems thanks to targeted partnerships with the most important manufacturers. There is also the possibility of supplying competitive cabinets, cabled pneumatically, electrically and including technical documentation (diagrams, drawings, tests, certificates, etc.).

AirLINE 8640

The 8640 valve unit system is designed to solve diverse and complex control problems due to its systematic modular construction and combination of pneumatic and electrical interfaces. By putting together a row of pneumatic modules with diferent numbers of valves, 2 to 24 valve functionalities may be realized on one valve unit. Electrical connectivity is achieved by either feldbus interfaces, common connection (parallel connection technique) or multipin interfaces. The valves allow diferent applications to be covered. Bodies and connection modules are made of high-quality plastic (polyamide) and are easy to assemble by means of the built-in snap connectors.
