Double Compression Gland for Armoured Cable featuring Dedicated Armour ClampingI pressacavi a doppia tenuta tipo "E" sono certificati antideflagranti Ex d, sicurezza aumentata Ex e, Respirazione ristretta Ex nR e Dust Protected Ex ta. Sono adatti per l'uso nelle zone 1 e 2 per i gruppi gas IIA, IIB e IIC e inoltre per l'uso nelle zone 20, 21 e 22 per i gruppi polveri IIIA, IIIB e IIIC. Certificato anche per Zona Classe I Installazioni 1 & Class I Div 2 per l'uso con cavi per navi e vagoncini marini NEC e CEC. Forniscono a tenuta Ex d & IP controllata sulla guaina interna del cavo, un sigillo ambientale sulla guaina esterna e un rimovibile sistema di bloccaggio specifico per armatura per cavi armati a filo (W), treccia / nastro (X). La ghiandola è stata testata IP66 e IP68 a 50 metri ed è disponibile con guarnizione O-ring IP sui filetti di entrata metrica. The Integral Earth "IE" la versione consente l'uso della ghiandola con cavi AT in cui il carico di guasto è superiore a 10,4 kA e le opzioni lo sono disponibile per l'uso con guaina di piombo, cavi LSOH e applicazioni a temperature estreme.

REDUCED INSTALLATION TIMES AND COSTS
Peppers’ Barrier Glands featuring Peppers T-1000 compound enable conductors to be terminated within the equipment after just one hour. At four hours, the compound chamber can be inspected and the equipment can be energised. Our innovative barrier chamber provides a cable acceptance that is on average 17% larger than our competitors designs allowing the use of smaller glands which significantly reduces cost.
